CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Policy Details: 1. 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. A fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Payment Information: We require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. The cancellation fee will be charged to this card if applicable. 5. Grace Period: We understand that emergencies happen. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time grace period for first-time offenders, after which the policy will be strictly enforced. 6. Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, including those made less than 1 hour prior, will be charged 100% of the service cost as the spot cannot be filled on short notice.
