Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation Fees
• More than 48 hours’ notice:
Deposit is forfeited. No additional charges apply.
• 24–48 hours’ notice:
A 50% cancellation fee of the service total will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours):
100% of the service total will be charged.
• No-shows:
100% of the service total will be charged.
• Late Arrivals: A 5 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond the applicable grace period may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a same-day cancellation (100% fee).
A valid card must be kept on file. Applicable fees will be charged automatically.
